DFZ, Porcelain Factory

DFZ is a modern and dynamically developing production company specializing in the production of professional restaurant porcelain of European quality. Export deliveries for the EloReCa sector and the conquest of new markets are already becoming an important direction of development of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. When creating, designing and manufacturing all products fundamental research of the market is carried out, based on the preferences of food industry professionals, chefs and restaurateurs around the world. In 2011, in Ukraine, they built the first largest porcelain plant for the production of professional restaurant porcelain TM "FARN". The enterprise covers an area of 73,000 m2, and the total production area is more than 24,000 m2. Manufacture is equipped with the latest European automatic equipment TM "SAMA" (Germany), "RIEDEiAMMER" (Germany) and "SACEIMI" (Italy). Production facilities allow to produce up to 1.2 million items of hard porcelain per month. Eiigh strength and heat resistance of products (300°C) are achieved through the use of highly raw materials: German ceramic glazes of high quality, environmentally friendly and safe raw material TM "IMERYS" (Germany) and "SIBELCO Group" (Belgium) that allows to use porcelain in microwave, convection furnaces, ovens and dishwashers (15 000 cycles per year). The use of these components provides maximum strength characteristics of all manufactured products. The firing of products is carried out at a temperature of 1400°C which allows to obtain an excellent hard porcelain. Specially thickened edges and durable glaze provide a maximum protection against chips and scratches (including protection against cutlery).
