Quantitative Research We perform the main types of quantitative ad hoc research, both over the telephone and face to face, aimed at satisfying the need for quick and accurate information gathering: • opinion pools; • research on political views and expectations about governments; • brand positioning research; • customer satisfaction; • telephone and face to face tracking study; • advertisement impact studies; • data gathering about outlets, prices and showcases. The French CATI CONVERSO, is the managing solution we use for telephone surveys, preset for the connection with CAPI and CAWI. An industry, cluster and Geomarketing based database of companies and families allows to extract samples corresponding to the target of each piece of research. Qualitative Research We perform all the main types of qualitative and motivational research, aimed at guiding the strategic and tactical choices made by the companies: • focus group; • motivational research; • purchase simulations; • brand image research; • product test; • pricing test; • packaging test; • name test; • conjoint analysis. Qualitative surveys whit personal interviews or focus groups are carried out in our premises, in rooms equipped with audio-video control system that allow our clients to follow the interviews from our offices in Milano and Palermo, or via video conference from their offices.
