One Love SXM Benefit Concert

ONE LOVE SXM is a full day event that includes a mediathon & benefit concert to help raise funds for those affected by Hurricane Irma in Sint Maarten, Saba & St. Eustatius. The fund raising event will take place on Sunday September 17th from 8am till 11pm. ONE LOVE SXM aims to bring everyone in Curaçao together to help raise desperately needed funds for the people suffering the devastation left behind by Hurricane Irma in Sint Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius. All proceeds generated during the fundraising activities taking place during ONE LOVE SXM will be for supporting the humanitarian efforts of the Red Cross on our sister islands. During ONE LOVE SXM people are able to make donations personally at: - SAMBIL from 8am to 4pm - Or on Brionplein from 4pm till 11pm - Or via telephone by calling 101 starting from 8 in the morning on Sunday. Starting from 8am at SAMBIL the majority of media outlets in Curacao will be doing a mediathon with live broadcast from Sambil until 4pm. Starting from 4pm a televised benefit concert has been organized to continue with the fundraising activities on Brionplein that will feature some of the most prominent members of our local entertainment community. Participating artists include: - ERA - DJ Bradley - The Sleeves - DJ Boogie Man - DJ Morgan Isenia - Dreams featuring Farley Lourens - DJ Maarten Schakel - Little Garden - DJ Argenis Huerta - Orkesta Vega - DJ Menasa - Vibe Nation featuring Junior Tecla, Naomi Silvanie, Amos Balentien, Zoinx and DONGO - DJ Zoontje - DJ Chris Strick - Randal Corson & Orchestra featuring Dibo D., Rich Pieter and Yumarya Grijt The benefit concert will also count with the participation of Tony Castro and Melitza Haakmat as Masters of Ceremony.
