JouleCOOL: 0 CapEx, single accountability build-own-operate-maintain-automate-optimize model for central cooling systems in greenfield projects where clients pay based on demand and usage; Smart Joules manages the entire show and delivers high quality, affordable, sustainable cooling services under long term contracts.
