Unity Fabric Industries Ltd. is a sister concern of Mridha Group. Mridha Group of Companies is a private company and was established in 1991. The group's chairman, Awlad Hossan Mridha, is proficient with twenty-five years of experience in the RMG sector. Initially, UFIL was set up only with the manufacturing of readymade garments. Fast forward to 2020, UFIL has grown to be one of the leading apparel solution providers in Bangladesh. It has a massive workforce of 4000 employees, offers knitting and other ancillary services & products and has an annual turnover of USD 20 million. UFIL is a trendsetter in the apparel industry. It provides the highest value products and services possible to customers globally. UFIL fosters long term relationships with its partners and provides industry-leading benefits and opportunities to our employees. UFIL is one of the few pioneers of the green initiative policies and practices in the industry. Its policies include but are not limited to reuse, recycle and minimize wastage with a yearly target to reduce aggregate wastage by 20%. Moreover, UFIL has undertaken its own Effluent Treatment Plant(ETP), part of its sustainability plan, to purify the toxic and chemical-infused wastages and convert it to reusable water for its manufacturing plant which also helps to minimize cost in the long-run. It plans to complete the ETP project by 2020. UFIL specializes but is not limited to producing hoodies, t-shirts, and polo-style shirts. Its clientele includes popular international brands such as FILA, Tommy Hilfiger, Be Board, and Piazza Italia. UFIL is currently capable to produce 25 thousand pieces of garments each day. Its vision is to understand and adopt the future trend in fashion and bring a different dimension in the style world. UFIL's mission is to deliver the best fashion wear platform to the buyers so that they can make a strong position in their clients' hearts.
