The Isle of Man office was established in 1985 and we are fully regulated in each area of business and have the appropriate licences issued by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority which includes a full banking licence. The Republic Group is today one of the region's largest and most successful financial institution. This change of ultimate ownership is a major milestone in the history of the Cayman National and is a favourable step towards securing the growth stability of the group.
