Strategia originated as the product of spinning off the real estate investment division of a leading publicly listed Kuwaiti financial investment company. Shortly after the spin off that took place in March 2004, Strategia further transformed itself and expanded its operational base from a dedicated real estate company to a diversified investment company offering a broad array of products and services across the investment universe. Strategia has a capital base of 15 million Kuwaiti Dinar and is regulated by the Central Bank of Kuwait.
