ANESRIF

ANESRIF (the National Agency for Studies and follow up the Accomplishment of railway Investment "public establishment of an industrial and commercial nature". Under the supervision of the ministry of public works and transportation. It was created on 20july2005 by presidential decree N°05-256, to realise the ambitious plans projects of modernization of Algerian railway, the Agency is a management tool for railway worksites. Its role is to gather the infrastructures, the technical resources, and the necessary scientific organizational competences investments to ensure the good implementation of the projects and their delivery in the deadlines set, for that, it has a large budget allocated by the public authorities. Human potential of ANESRIF: With a staff of 716, including 531 managers (or 74%), with an average age of 38years. The female workforce represents 31% of the agency's total staff.
