A building's roof not only protects personnel and assets, it is a key asset. Building owners with roofs across a region or the country face a difficult task with limited budgets and personnel. The people at BTA will look for safe ways to extend roof life and preserve capital. When the roof has to be replaced, we will design it, write the specifications and oversee the bidding process. Since it is critical that the right contractor is selected for the installation, we're often involved in oversight of the construction.
