Scottish Golf

Scottish Golf Limited is the governing body for amateur golf in Scotland. We represent golfers and golf clubs to champion the game in our country and maintain Scotland's position at the forefront of golf. Scottish Golf began a new chapter for the game on 1 October 2015, following the amalgamation between the Scottish Golf Union and Scottish Ladies'​ Golfing Association. The governing body offers the opportunity for Scottish Golf to grow and prosper, through strengthening and supporting affiliated clubs, creating winning golfers, staging outstanding events for golfers of all ages and abilities and inspiring more people – both young and old – to enjoy the game for life. Our Strategic Priorities: Delivering a prosperous future means directly addressing the challenges impacting our game - from now to 2021: 1. Increasing national membership to 200,000, targeting 50% growth of female and junior members. 2. 50% of supported clubs growing their businesses through tailored development programmes. 3. Building revenues to £6m with more than 50% of our revenues coming from non-club membership streams
