Meridian Management Group (Meridian) was created in 1984 from the merger of two smaller firms that began operations in the early 1970's. A California corporation with management responsibilities throughout the Greater Bay Area, Meridian focuses primarily on the City of San Francisco. Currently Meridian manages 4,900 residential units and over a million square feet of commercial property. Our total portfolio size exceeds 6 million square feet.Meridian employs more than 150 people to operate and maintain the properties. Meridian participates in numerous organizations involved in the preservation and improvement of the quality of living in the City of San Francisco including: the Coalition for Better Housing, the San Francisco Apartment Association and Tenderloin 2000. We maintain professional affiliations with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMI) and the Professional Property Managers Association (PPMA). Property management is our business. The processes and procedures which define our company have made Meridian a leader in mid-market property management.
