Creative Design Solutions (CDS) produces 3D BIM and Infrastructure models for design and permitting of construction projects. We work with Engineering/Architectural teams, Project Developers and property owners. Fast geo-referenced conceptual designs using AutoDesk Infraworks gives us the ability to create early concept presentations that look very good and are based in realistic design parameters. Our results enables sales, marketing, and project development teams to validate projects and get approvals for subsequent stages.
