The company was founded by Howard Augustus and Mark Ham and commenced trading in July 2011. Howard and Mark were both equity partners for ten years in the consulting engineering practice, Terence Lee Partnership (TLP), which was founded in 1978. Both Mark and Howard and their engineers have vast experience and knowledge of London Underground and their Standards and Assurance processes, gained from working as consulting engineers for LU whilst at Terence Lee Partnership and URS/Scott Wilson. LU had been Clients of TLP since 1988, TLP was on the approved LU consultancy framework since its inception. Augustus Ham provides advice on every aspect of building services engineering from inception through feasibility, design and project management for our transportation Clients.
