EnCata is a one-stop Product Development company. We are a mechanical, electrical, industrial and embedded software design firm with vast R&D capabilities. Our manufacturing facilities located in the same building, right across the glass wall from the design engineering center, which fosters collaboration of engineering and prototyping teams. Moreover, our design engineers spend 20% of their working time assembling the prototypes, which ensures they always deliver the real 'working design'​. Our manufacture works under LEAN standards where we employ elements of TPS (Toyota Production System) and deliver sophisticated prototypes "just-in-time"​. We think LEAN. Thus, we guide and advice our customers on every stage of decision: from planning, budgeting and concept design to technical details for product mass-production.
