We work with individuals, teams and organisations towards their development. We conduct individual and group coaching sessions, we facilitate processes, we provide reflection facilities, we involve employees through action research or we provide descriptive analyses based on qualitative interviews. Amongst our clients you'll find German and internationally operating companies, organisations and NGOs. We work internationally and interculturally. Dazu führen wir Einzel- und Gruppencoachings durch, moderieren Prozesse, bieten Reflexionsräume, binden Mitarbeiter durch Aktionsforschung ein oder liefern anschauliche Analysen auf Basis qualitativer Interviews. Zu unseren Kunden zählen deutsche und international agierende Unternehmen, Organisationen und NRO's. Wir arbeiten international und interkulturell. Ganz spezifische Erfahrungen haben wir mit den Ländern im Süden Afrikas.
