And it just so happens to achieve the highest price for our vendors by using a modified Nobel Prize winning concept, the Silent Bid Declaration, or as some describe it, a Private Auction as opposed to a public auction. After a continuous journey of implementing and solidifying this philosophy, Hudson Bond was bestowed with the honour of a Jenman Approved Accreditation, given to only a select few real estate offices throughout Australia.
