EVOLUXER is a Spanish consulting firm specialised in the management and implementation of EU funded Projects worldwide. EVOLUXER has a highly specialised staff in the implementation of programmes and projects according to PRAG rules. It has also an extensive network of collaborators in areas relevant to this project which would be very useful for the implementation of the required Short Term missions.
