Minister's Coach / Full Life Ministries specializes in leadership development for ministers and churches. Our focus is to provide practical solutions for a variety of issues ranging from challenges and strategies in the local church to the personal and pastoral needs of ministers. In a rapidly changing changing culture, ministers and churches must be stable and secure while focusing on communicating and living the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Yet, due to the warp speed of change, simply keeping up with the unrelenting ministry demands has at times, left every one of us scratching our heads. Tim Woody's consulting experience is gleaned from being raised in a pastor's home, ministering eleven years on a large church staff, serving nine years as a senior pastor, transitioning the leadership structure of a large church, establishing a multi-site campus, launching numerous ministries, utilizing media and television and much more.
