Suardiaz Shipping Lines, which has owned and operated Ro-Ro ships in Western Europe since 1945, is currently focused on the sustainable, environmentally-friendly development of Motorways of the Sea, in line with the European Commission's priorities, such as Digitalisation 4.0, that will define the new era of logistics. In line with the current market demand of greener solutions, Suardiaz's R&D team is developing new technological projects, such as those related to LNG and small-scale LNG. Suardiaz Oil & Gas has recently built the "Bunker Breeze", a multi-product "LNG-ready" bunkering barge. Suardiaz Logistics, the multimodal logistics division, is focusing its efforts on developing and improving the efficiency of its multimodal solutions, in particular, door-to-door, storage and forwarding. It does this by making the most of synergies with the group's Short Sea Shipping services. Suardiaz's international presence has expanded significantly, especially in the Latin American region, with four new offices in Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Bolivia.
