Venture Agency was founded in 2019 by real estate entrepreneurs Mr. Muhammad Harris Malik and Mr. Kashif Gulzar. After spending years in the real estate sector of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, perfecting and honing their crafts, they observed first-hand the suspicion with which major players of the sector were viewed by the general Pakistani public. Venture Agency was established to correct this view of the sector among its clientele. Our mission is to bring educated human resources and to initiate principles of ethical and corporate conduct in the daily operations of the business. We believe that the true potential of the sector can only be exploited if principles of trust, confidence, and transparency become the norm in the sector.
