Auckland is creating a radical, end-to-end property finance, development and construction model; our aim is to design affordable, sustainable housing solutions in emerging economies that face on-going housing crises.  Firmly focussed on innovation for the future, we envisage and build communities through an original approach: utilising off-site prefabrication and the onsite assembly of innovative materials, while dramatically reducing the environmental impact. Our model supports new home-owners by providing long-term finance, creating an encompassing product that allows communities to thrive in affordable, intelligent properties designed for longevity and strategic success.  Our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable development.
