A project with clear goals is then anchored in cooperation with the clients'​ organisations. Our core business is to help our clients really implement needed activities in order to reach the agreed goals. Strategy, management for hire, analysis or due diligence assistance is addressed by Mantec Management, a business area within the Mantec Group. We generate productivity and profitability through: Per unit cost reduction through elimination of non-value adding processes and strengthening of value creating processes. Lower procurement costs, improved flow of material and/or information. Better management through deployment of well proven leadership tools and rigorous follow up and reviews. Improved employee satisfaction through motivation and alignment of objectives, which often is achieved through a clear and well defined/communicated organisation, roles and responsibility. Improved quality in processes and products. Enabling the changes needed requires coaching of leaders on every level of the organisation. This is an essential part of a Mantec project.
