Sage Real Estate sees the role it plays just a little differently than other Toronto brokerages. It does not propose to dramatically change the way that salespeople currently transact residential real estate in Toronto but it does propose to modernize the brokerage's role in the process. Sage Real Estate collaborates with its agents and provides the support systems and technological infrastructure necessary to make them significantly more productive. This increased productivity allows the agents to spend more time on higher gain activities, such as deepening their existing client relationships and establishing new ones. No matter how much new technology gets introduced, real estate is certain to remain a relationship business.
