Founded in 1984, The Aurora Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (AACVB) is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and marketing the 10 communities in our service area as a premier overnight leisure spot; a supreme destination for day trippers; an accommodating option for group travel; and the ultimate for conventions, meetings, tradeshows and sporting events -- as proven by the hugely successful 2009 LPGA Solheim Cup.
