Sisters of Saint Joseph of Rochester

The Sisters of Saint Joseph is a group of Roman Catholic Women religious, operating 8 ministries in the greater Rochester area. The Motherhouse is the heart of our Congregational life. It is a welcoming place of peace and serenity for all. It also serves as the hub from which we reach out to others in prayer and service. In addition to being home to approximately 130 of our own Sisters, our Motherhouse is also home to Carmelite, Cenacle, and IHM Sisters, and many of our retired brother priests. We don't do it alone! The Sisters of Saint Joseph of Rochester, Inc is supported in countless ways by our wonderful team of dedicated, professional employees. Our staff works side by side with us to provide care for our elderly and infirm Sisters, manage and maintain our buildings and grounds, and serve our public in our Sponsored Ministries throughout the Rochester area. We are incredibly grateful for their gifts and special skills.
