When we join a gym we very often have a personal coach or trainer to help us define an exercise regime. She or he helps us to understand what exercises are good for what muscles and how often and with what weights we should do them. They also offer us encouragement. The principle point is that they dedicate themselves to us. Individually. Well we do the same thing with English. We dedicate ourselves to you. We will find your weaknesses and give you exercises to work on them. We will encourage and motivate you to reach your goals and follow you so you keep up the work.
