The 7th World Wellness Weekend will be celebrated in 150 countries on 15-16-17 Sept 2023. This non-for-profit initiative promotes the 5 Pillars of Wellness through fun, meaningful activities (Sleep, Nutrition, Vitality, Serenity & Solidarity). With the passion & expertise of 170 Ambassadors in countries & cities, World Wellness Weekend has become a network of professionals in Hospitality, Spa, Wellness, Fitness, Sports, sharing best practices to "Elevate Wellness Worldwide". Our website in 18 languages encourages wellness and tourism professionals (5,000 so far) to register online and promote their wellness activities year-round.
