Our non-profit organisation, New Life Foundation, was established in 2010 in Chiang Rai, Thailand. Our mission is to guide our clients on how to skillfully engage with challenges, enabling them to sustain their wellbeing. Our newest addition, New Life Portugal, is located in the Serra da Estrela natural park. Our primary focus is to use the latest models of mind/body and health psychology to offer person-centred care to individuals in need of support during difficult times in their lives. We offer a powerful combination of sanctuary, active community living and professional therapeutic care. Focused on wellness and recovery, we provide a sanctuary unlike any other in the world for those looking for help with addressing stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviours, as well as those looking to work on their personal development and wellbeing. We provide trauma-informed programming that supports sustainable wellbeing through counselling, coaching, exercise, service, and practice in a retreat atmosphere embedded in mindfulness.
