Digitec is a joint venture of Vodafone Fiji PTE Ltd (51%), a private company registered in the Republic of Fiji whose parent company is ATH, a public listed company on the Pacific Stock Exchange and Austel Investment Pty Ltd (49%), a private company registered in Queensland, Australia. The services & solutions offered by Digitec is the consequence of the vast experience and "know-how" of its directors and highly skilled employees who are factory trained by manufacturers and accredited with industry recognised certifications in their respective fields. Digitec's directors are directly involved in major projects for it's corporate customers and provide guidance to their technical staff ensuring that projects are successfully delivered on time and underpinned by the highest level of customer satisfaction.
