Supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) as asset manager of collective investments since the year 2009, MRB guarantees compliance with the highest standards of business conduct and regulation. MRB's core competence is to set up, operate and maintain sophisticated investment solutions (funds and AMCs). We assist asset managers while helping avoid the complexity and structural costs of their own FINMA registration. We provide professional solutions within the framework of MRB's licensing incl. capacities for PM, compliance and risk management. We take care of the whole process from the idea to daily fund operations and support the growth of projects within our network in Switzerland.
