Link Africa™ is South Africa's largest provider of Open Access telecommunications infrastructure and platforms for the cost effective delivery of high speed internet services to all. Link Africa™ builds, owns and operates Fibre Optic Networks in South Africa's major cities on a wholesale basis. These networks are comprised of metropolitan and access networks as well as the last mile to the end customer's premises. Our business aspirations: Deployment of significant metropolitan backbone infrastructure in the major South African metros. Deployment of FTTH and FTTB architectures to selected areas. Deployment of metropolitan area network active networks in the major South African metros. Deployment of the Link Africa™ service provisioning platform to selected areas in South Africa. Deployment of significant FTTH and FTTB connections in the five major South African metros. The value proposition from Link Africa™ for the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure and services is simply to deliver it more cost effectively and faster than anybody else using a range of innovative technologies and partnerships, thereby driving down the cost of broadband for the end user and making South Africa an advanced high speed telecommunications community.
