All routines have been created by ACE-certified trainers and all have been approved by a Doctor, Physical Therapist, and Occupational Therapist. It was designed for most populations and for those cut off from proper care by race, income, or geography. We are a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Health tech solution that believes in access for all! Only $10 per month for unlimited access to 1000+ routines from bed and chair exercises and on up the ability spectrum...all from the comfort of home or wherever there's an internet connection.
