Sesa Reborn: In 2018, SESA brand was acquired by True North, a leading Private Equity firm that focusses on transforming mid-sized profitable businesses into industry leaders and has a combined corpus of USD ~3 billion. As a result of this acquisition, Sesa Care Pvt. Ltd. was formed as an organization on 1st Oct 2018.
