ARAYA Venture Lab (AVL) is a Venture Builder that tries to solve value chain bottlenecks and market inefficiencies in 4 sectors (Agri/agroprocessing, Education, Heath, Real Estate). We ideate on solutions and design product or services that would solve persistent problems in these industry value chains. Once product-market fit is reached and fitted, tested business model is achieved, we invest or co-invest in the venture. From raw material supply upstream to the delivery of the final product/service to the customer downstream, our approach allows experimentation, failing early, learning fast and succeeding better, ensuring that our investments are targeted to the most innovative solutions that integrate the needs of the market (desirability), the possibilities of technology (feasibility) and a robust business model (viability).
