Sniper Investments

Sniper Investments is a lean and open-ended venture fund mainly designed for private investors and family offices. The fund builds on the know-how, network, dealflow, proven investment strategy and experience of successfully managing previous venture capital and private equity funds such as Partners At Venture and Privast Capital Partners since 1997. The fund invests in private growth companies through both equity and quasi equity instruments, targeting the underserved market of late early stage and expansion stage investment opportunities. We believe in developing successful companies rather than setting up financially engineered transactions. We also look for opportunities where other investors hesitate to go, refusing pigeon-holing that would limit our flexibility. Contrary to market practice, we have very consciously chosen for an open-ended structure –as opposed to a closed-end fund - as we believe in a patient and long term investment approach. We do not want to move quickly in and out of our assets or put pressure on entrepreneurs to create exits simply because our fund is closing.
